To finalize your reservation and help us prepare for your stay, please provide the following details. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities at Maggie's Countryside Retreat.
**All guests must complete and sign a Guest Registration & Liability Agreement prior to arrival. Please download, print, and bring the completed form with you at check-in.**
Important information for your stay
To finalize your reservation and help us prepare for your stay, we'll need the group organizer's contact information, preferred retreat dates, estimated number of guests, and a completed Guest Registration & Liability Agreement for each attendee.
We also ask guests to provide an emergency contact and notify us of any special accommodations or concerns prior to arrival. This helps us ensure your group has a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free retreat experience.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Our goal is to make your stay as smooth as possible so you can focus on creating, relaxing, and making memories with friends.
Crafting preferences and special requests
We love learning about the types of projects our guests are working on. When booking, we encourage groups to share what types of crafting they'll be doing during their stay, such as scrapbooking, card making, quilting, sewing, vinyl projects, sublimation, knitting, crocheting, or other creative hobbies.
We also invite guests to let us know if they anticipate needing access to specific equipment, such as Silhouette machines, sublimation printers, or the heat press. Sharing this information helps us ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
If your group has any special requests, accessibility needs, celebration plans, or questions before your retreat, we're happy to work with you whenever possible to help make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Policies
Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Pets are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited indoors.
Maggie's Countryside Retreat policies
To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for everyone, guests are required to agree to Maggie's Countryside Retreat policies before their stay.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age, as the retreat is an adults-only facility. Pets are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited inside the retreat and workshop but are permitted outdoors in designated areas.
Guests agree to use the retreat, workshop equipment, and amenities responsibly and to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
A signed Guest Registration & Liability Agreement is required for all attendees. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
